Recruitment Training and Induction Policy

The Following is the Planned Flow Chart Of the Security Staff at any facility

Recruitment / Selection

  • Will be done at the Head Office/Branch office
  • Educational Qualification – min Matriculate
  • Physique etc to be checked
  • Fifteen days of General Training which will include:-
  • Drill, Dress, Salutation, Uniform, General Knowledge, Hours of Duty, Shifts, fire drill & traffic management.

Induction

  • Location of Building, Names of HODs, Key persons, Phones etc.
  • Floor plans, Location of various fire fighting eqpt, Hydrants etc.
  • Fire Drill, Evacuation plan of floors
  • Broad outline of Company policy
  • Duties at Posts, Frisking. Searching procedures, check on floor and Eqpt, Laptops / projector entries, access card entry, Back /Front Gates, material exit / entry etc.
  • Conduct towards Visitors, Vendors, VIPs Employees, House keeping staff, courtesy and salutations etc.
  • Initial familiarization with documentation at various posts
  • Duty in parallel – Day & Night Shifts at site, VIP / Clients visit procedure
  • Written Test
  • Induction
